We're looking for an experienced spray foam professional who can confidently take charge of daily spray operations.
Spray Foam Technologies is an established, family-owned insulation contractor with over 50 years of industry experience. We perform residential, commercial, and industrial spray foam installations throughout the region.
This position is ideal for someone who knows their equipment, understands proper foam application, and is comfortable running a spray operation independently.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience applying open-cell and closed-cell spray polyurethane foam
- Strong understanding of foam quality, application conditions, and proper installation techniques
- Ability to recognize off-ratio foam, equipment malfunctions, and application problems
- Ability to troubleshoot common proportioner, hose, gun, and rig issues
- Experience directing crew members and coordinating daily spray operations
- Commitment to safe work practices and professional workmanship
- Dependability, productivity, and the ability to work without constant supervision
What You'll Do
Lead daily spray operations, maintain application quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinate with crew members, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
