Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Reidsville, NC. This position plays a critical role in maintaining production equipment, minimizing downtime, and supporting efficient manufacturing operations. We're looking for a hands-on professional who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and improving industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime
- Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective corrective actions
- Install, modify, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation
- Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs accurately
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and productivity
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards

What We're Looking For
\n
- \n
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, food production, or a related environment
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, and automated equipment
- Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and schematics
- Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment is preferred
- Welding, fabrication, and machining experience is a plus
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Technical training or industrial maintenance certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs
- Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC systems
