Job Description

Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper to join one of our long-term Clients team at (1) of their properties in St. Charles, MO (63303). The ideal candidate will have residential cleaning experience – at least 1 year. This role is contract to hire (90 days before conversion).

This role will be working with (1) community with 486 market rate units.

Salary: $19-$21/hour DOQ. This role is a contract to hire role (90 days before conversion).

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am – 6pm.

Groundskeeper is responsible for assigned grounds and maintenance duties. Under the direct supervision of the Community Manager, Service Manager or assigned supervisor, their job duties are:

• Assisting in the achievement of the Community's annual budget plan

• Some maintenance functions

• Physical condition of the Community

• Upholding all Company policies, goals and the Company values.

• Perform assigned grounds and maintenance tasks in an organized and timely manner.

• Police the grounds on a daily basis; clean and maintain common areas.

• Pressure washing, exterior painting and maintenance of community common areas

• Care of assigned landscaping duties.

• Participate in an ongoing improvement plan.

• Perform all duties in a manner that will result in the highest quality Customer satisfaction.

• All other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience:

1 years' experience in residential cleaning.
Customer service mindset.
Attention to detail.
Punctuality and reliability.
Be able to pass a background check before employment.
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
