Our Inside Sales and Marketing teams provide qualified buyer and seller leads and scheduled appointments, allowing you to focus on meeting clients, building relationships, and closing transactions.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Meet with qualified home sellers and conduct listing consultations
• Guide sellers through the listing process to closing
• Manage seller leads, follow-ups, and pipeline using our CRM
• Turn seller opportunities into signed listings
• Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Deliver an excellent seller experience
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

• Active South Carolina Real Estate License required
• Full-time commitment to building a successful real estate sales career
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Driven, coachable, and committed to continuous growth
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through and time management
