IT Business Manager - Infrastructure Budget Management

Location: Minneapolis, MN / Irving, TX / Chandler, AZ / Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite/ 2 days remote)

12 months + Contract on W2
\n
\n
\n
Candidate will be working on a team of 3-4 people
\n
\n
Experience in infrastructure budget management, financial planning, or technology investment management.
\n
Strong understanding of budget forecasting, financial analysis, and governance processes.
\n
Experience managing Statements of Work (SOWs), approval processes, and contract renewals.
\n
Ability to communicate and present effectively to executives and senior leadership.
\n
Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
\n
Working knowledge of software and technology environments, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business and financial impacts.
\n
\n
Preferred Qualifications
\n
Experience supporting enterprise technology or infrastructure organizations.
\n
Background in vendor management, procurement, or technology finance.
\n
Advanced proficiency with reporting, budgeting, and financial planning tools.
\n
