We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the plastic manufacturing industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate projects that drive innovation and efficiency in our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee plastic manufacturing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Begins project with Estimating Launch, follows through to customer and internal approvals, which involves some amount of validation (e.g., PPAP, IQ-OQ-PQ, etc.) .
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Helps in determining root cause of problems with molds; coordinates corrective and preventive actions with Process
Engineering and Tool Shop.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the plastic or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of plastic processing techniques and materials.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze technical data and solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations relevant to manufacturing.
