Site Leader -Office Services Lead
Location: Little Rock, AR 72211
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: 4+ month Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: Up to $23.00/hour

Position Overview:-
We are seeking a customer-focused Site Leader to support office services operations in a professional office environment. This is a hands-on role with a primary focus on office services and administrative support, while also providing hospitality and conference room support as needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in office operations, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Prior experience in professional services environments, such as a law firm, is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:-
Provide office services support including printing, copying, scanning, and document management.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and overnight shipments.
Assist with conference room setup, including food and beverage coordination.
Serve as the primary on-site contact for customer requests and service-related issues.
Coordinate and assign incoming requests to the appropriate on-site resources.
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
Support facility-related activities and report maintenance issues.
Assist with workspace moves and office reconfigurations.
Manage conference room scheduling and audiovisual equipment resources.
Train employees on workflows and equipment operations when necessary.
Ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll submissions.
Complete operational reports and administrative documentation in a timely manner.
Support staffing, onboarding, and performance management activities as assigned.
Maintain a positive, customer-focused environment and ensure service excellence standards are met.

Qualifications:-
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in office services, administrative support, hospitality, facilities, or a related field.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience providing formal or informal training.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Proficiency with office equipment, including multifunction printers/copiers.
Experience with office supply management and vendor coordination is preferred.
Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.
