Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking a Senior HVAC Project Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area to lead healthcare division growth: chiller plant replacements, air handler retrofits, and new HVAC construction for hospitals and medical office buildings.
Impact
- Grow the hospital and medical office sector for a mechanical contractor.
- Deliver large projects on time in mission-critical facilities.
- Lead and develop three to four junior project managers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee large chiller plant replacements and air handling unit retrofits.
- Manage new HVAC construction for healthcare facilities.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior project managers.
- Align stakeholders with project goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Optimize budgets and timelines and manage risk.
Must-Haves
- Ten or more years of commercial HVAC project management.
- A track record on projects of five million dollars and up.
- Healthcare or mission-critical facility experience.
- Strong leadership and team management.
- An existing network in the Northern California market.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Tridium Niagara systems.
- Familiarity with newer HVAC technologies and local codes.
Compensation and Logistics
