Swing (2:45pm - 11:15pm) shifts available at this time. (Initial 6 to 8 weeks, day shift for training)

We are a private, residential community dedicated to maintaining a peaceful, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents. We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee our night shift security team during the shifts noted above and ensure the safety and compliance of our community grounds.

Below is a list of qualifications. Please note that the applicant must possess a valid driver’s license, be eligible for approval of a PPSO (Proprietary Private Security Office) registration through the State of California and successfully pass a background check and drug screening. All of these requirements are mandatory.

Qualifications:

✅ Valid Driver License

✅ Ability to obtain and register as a Proprietary Security Guard

✅ Successfully pass a background check & drug screening.

✅ 2+ years of security experience, with supervisory or team lead experience preferred

✅ Experience in residential or gated community security highly desirable

✅ CPR / AED / First Aide training will be required upon hire

✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✅ Ability to de-escalate conflicts and manage emergency situations

✅ Working knowledge of security systems, access control, and report writing

✅ Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented

✅ Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities:

✔ Supervise a team of gatehouse and patrol security personnel

✔ Oversee access control procedures for residents, guests, and vendors

✔ Monitor surveillance cameras and community alarm systems

✔ Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns

✔ Enforce HOA rules, policies, and community standards

✔ Conduct routine inspections of community amenities and perimeter

✔ Document and report all incidents and patrol activities

✔ Liaise with management and local law enforcement when necessary

✔ Provide training and guidance for security staff
