Location: Fairbanks, AK
Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Project-Based | Estimated 1–5 days
Immediate need – project starting soon.TDL Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Data Conversion Specialist to assist with a short-term software transition project. This role involves transferring and organizing financial data from one accounting system to another using Excel.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills who is comfortable working with data, maintaining accuracy, and completing focused project work in a short timeframe.
What You’ll Do
- Transfer and organize data between accounting systems (QuickBooks to Sage)
- Use Excel to clean, format, and prepare data for import
- Review data for accuracy and consistency
- Perform detailed data entry and verification tasks
- Support completion of the project within the assigned timeframe
What We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate has strong Excel skills and a high level of attention to detail. This role requires someone who can work efficiently and accurately while handling large amounts of data.Experience working with accounting systems or financial data is helpful but not required. The ability to stay focused and complete tasks with minimal supervision is key.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong Excel skills required
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
- Experience with data entry or data management preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or Sage is a plus
- Background screening is a part of the hiring process for this position
