Palermo’s is a family-owned company with a passion for great pizza and great people. As our Master Data Manager, you’ll work across the organization with teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
You’ll report to the Director of Master Data and lead our Senior Master Data Analyst while helping ensure the product information that drives our business is accurate, complete, and ready when our teams and customers need it.

Where you’ll work…
This role is based at Palermo’s Canal Street location in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You’ll work closely with both business and technical teams in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
What you’ll do…
- Lead the quality, governance, and lifecycle management of Palermo’s product master data.
- Ensure produced and purchased items are created accurately and on time within our ERP and related systems.
- Partners across the organization to support commercialization and successful new product launches.
- Oversee GDSN and customer product data syndication, ensuring accurate product information reaches our customers.
- Identify data-quality issues, determine root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Improve master data processes, controls, workflows, reporting, and documentation.
- Develop meaningful KPIs and reporting that make data quality and workflow performance visible.
- Partner with IT and business teams on system enhancements, automation, and process improvements.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Senior Master Data Analyst.

What you’ll bring…
- 5+ years of progressive experience in master data, product data, data governance, ERP data management, or related work
- Experience in manufacturing, food, CPG, supply chain, or another complex product environment
- Experience with ERP item or material setup and master data lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability
- Experience improving data quality, processes, controls, and workflows
- Experience leading people, projects, or significant cross-functional work
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Oracle, GDSN/product data syndication, Power Apps, Power BI, commercialization, or formal data-governance practices is a plus.
What success looks like…
Product information is accurate, timely, and trusted. Commercialization teams have the data they need when they need it. Customer information is syndicated correctly. Recurring data issues are solved at the source rather than repeatedly corrected downstream. The Senior Master Data Analyst continues to grow in capability and ownership, and business partners see Master Data as a knowledgeable, responsive partner that makes it easier to get work done.
