Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Pay: $28-$35 per hour (includes $3 shift differential for working off shift).

PTO/Holidays: 80 hours of holiday pay plus generous PTO.

Bonus: Quarterly incentive bonuses.

Overtime: Available but not mandatory.

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who thrives in an industrial manufacturing environment—someone who’s just as confident repairing electrical circuits as they are troubleshooting CNC machines or pitching in with day-to-day facility needs. Duties and responsibilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair up to 480-volt branch circuits such as plugs, receptacles, and switches.
  • Actively troubleshoot maintenance-related issues to identify problems and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot CNC machines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned which may include, but are not limited to, moving office furniture, salting or shoveling walkways, fixing hardware malfunctions, light painting, or plumbing and ensure the overall maintenance of the facility.
  • Follow all company safety policies and practices.

Required qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask.
  • Must be able to read and follow machine schematics.
  • Working knowledge of preventative maintenance programs/procedures.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft programs.
  • Ability to use conventional tool lathes, mills, grinders, and other equipment.
  • A positive attitude and a team player spirit.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Desired qualifications:

  • Strong electrical skills.
  • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and electronic equipment.
  • Experience with CNC machines.
  • Experience using MIG welding process and TIG welding experience a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
  • Ability to operate a forklift and various other types of lifts.
  • Stand for 4+ hours a day.
  • Willingness to work around chemicals and use appropriate PPE.
