Senior Architect Project Professional
New York, NY OR Melville, NY
Our architecture firm client is an award-winning provider of innovative design solutions. They have an immediate need within their Healthcare Division for a Senior Project Professional with 10+ years of experience working on inpatient and ambulatory care projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in DOB and DOH code review, and building analysis
- Proficient in computer assisted design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Bluebeam
- Interface with the clients and consultants
- Lead the production of the architectural set of drawings from schematic design through construction documents
- Coordination of architectural documents with other consultants
- Review and mark up architectural documents
- Respond to RFI’s during the GC Bidding phase
- Review and process of shop drawings and submittals during construction administration
- Respond to RFI’s during construction
- Attend construction administration meetings and write field reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of continuous project documentation experience in ambulatory care and inpatient projects
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficient in computer assisted design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam
- A strong understanding and experience with NYC and NYS Building Codes, ADA compliance, NFPA 2012 for Healthcare, FGI 2018 Guidelines, filing strategies, and base building infrastructure
Annual Salary Range*: $90K to $130K
