Job DescriptionIndustrial Maintenance Technician$24-$32/Hour | Oklahoma City, OK
Looking for a hands-on maintenance role with a stable company, competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and room to grow? We're hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability
- Diagnose and repair 480V, 3-phase electrical systems, motors, drives, and controls
- Inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic and pneumatic components
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and production issues to keep operations running smoothly
- Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and technical documentation to complete repairs
- Work closely with production teams to improve equipment performance and reliability

Schedule Options
2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
- 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
OR
12-Hour Rotating Shifts
- 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM
These schedules provide built-in days off throughout the month, but candidates should be comfortable working weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as part of the schedule.
Work Environment
This position is located inside an active manufacturing facility. While much of the facility is climate controlled, some areas may experience temperature changes based on production operations. Technicians will work around moving machinery, conveyors, electrical systems, hydraulic equipment, and pneumatic systems while following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
