Seeking a System Support Specialist to provide onsite and remote technical support to end users in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should have experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 applications, and troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Provide onsite and remote desktop support for computers, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual platforms.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications and Microsoft Intune.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, printers, and scanners.
- Troubleshoot PC, operating system, and connectivity issues.
- Manage and update support tickets, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain site documentation, system configurations, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Assist with desktop/laptop upgrades, software evaluations, and special IT projects.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Foundational knowledge of desktop support and IT troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune preferred.

- Good communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage support requests effectively.
