One of our clients, a Property Management organization is seeking an Residential Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a portfolio of residential properties while ensuring exceptional service to residents.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering outstanding resident experiences.
Compensation: $25+ depending on experience
Responsibilities of the Residential Assistant Property Manager:

  • Assist the Property Manager with the daily operations of residential communities.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with leasing activities, including processing applications, preparing lease documents, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with residents, vendors, and maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Support with any other requested tasks

Qualifications of the Residential Assistant Property Manager:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (read, white and speak)
  • Minimum of 2 years of assistant residential property management or related administrative experience.
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with property management software such as Yardi, Buildium and Appfolio, or similar systems is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
