Technica LLC seeks to recruit for the position of Site Manager on a Government contract with a place of performance at Fort Bliss, TX. This position is full-time but temporary. Anticipated period of performance ending 3 October 2026.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall management, supervision and training of personnel assigned, serving as principal operations manager for the UME Project.
- Coordinates and collaborates between the Government on matters concerning Left Behind Equipment (LBE).
- Plans, coordinates, and directs the field and sustainment maintenance of LBE consisting of but not limited to wheeled, tracked, armament, power generation, and utility equipment.
- Ensures subordinate supervisors organizes maintenance workflow efficiently.
- Ensures sections are repairing equipment IAW the maintenance allocations chart and within the Maintenance Expenditure Limit (MEL).
- Identifies technical training shortfalls and when necessary, ensures subordinate supervisors take necessary actions.
- Primarily responsible for enforcing safety and environmental standards in conjunction with maintenance operations.
- Ensures all employees observe policy, procedures and regulatory guidance for physical security, and monitors for compliance.
- Performs employee discipline counseling, employee performance reviews, and other personnel reports.
- Reviews and approve employee timesheets.
- Conducts interviews for open position.
Minimum Requirements:

- Must have at least 5 years of experience managing Army Maintenance Operations at the Battalion level or above.
- Position requires comprehensive knowledge and daily operation of Global Combat Support System- Army (GCSS-Army). Must have a minimum of 2-year hands-on experience with the Global GCSS-Army.
- Must possess in-depth knowledge of AESIP and Logistics Data Analysis Center (LDAC) applications.
- Must have knowledge in completing necessary documentation such as DA Forms 2404/5988E Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Worksheet, DA Form 2407 Maintenance Request, DA Form 2407-1 Maintenance Request Continuation Sheet, DA Form 7723 Maintenance Expenditure Limit Waiver, DA Form 461-5 Vehicle Classification Inspection, and other applicable DA/DoD forms.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Must have strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data.
- Must be able to prioritize responsibilities in order to handle a demanding workload.
- Must have a collaborative work style that fosters cooperation and teamwork.
- Must have a working knowledge of Electronic Maintenance System(EMS) and IADS (Interactive Authoring and Display Software)
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident for more than 3 years for CAC/ NACI eligibility.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 18 years of age or older
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous soldier with Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) of 915A Automotive Maintenance Warrant Officer or 91X Maintenance Supervisor.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks related to the position.
