We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Man to join our team at Autumn Glen Apartments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance and repair, with a commitment to ensuring the safety and functionality of our property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and management.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance worker or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general building systems.
- Must have own tools for maintenance tasks and painting.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of managing workloads efficiently to meet schedule deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
