Job Title: SAP S4 HR & SuccessFactors Consultant
\n
Location: Omaha, Nebraska, - Onsite- (5 days a week).
\n
Contract position

Responsibilities:
\n
We are looking for an experienced SAP S4 HR & SuccessFactors Consultant to support an Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) engagement.
\n
The role requires strong client-facing experience and full-time onsite presence at the client location (5 days a week).
\n
The consultant will be responsible for incident management, service requests, enhancements, and ongoing functional support of SAP S4 HR, US Payroll and SuccessFactors modules.
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
• Act as a functional support consultant in an AMS environment
\n
• Provide end-to-end support for: o Incidents o Service Requests o Minor Enhancements
\n
• Perform issue analysis, root-cause identification, and resolution
\n
• Work closely with client stakeholders, HR teams, and IT counterparts
\n
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes
\n
• Participate in system testing, validation, and user support activities
\n
• Prepare functional documentation and support handover activities
\n
• Coordinate with technical teams where required Required Skills & Experience SAP HR ,HCM
\n
• Strong Hands-on functional experience in: o SAP HCM US Payroll o Time Management
\n
• Good understanding of payroll processing, time evaluation, and compliance HR SuccessFactors
\n
• Hands-on functional experience in: o Recruiting (RCM) o Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) o Organizational Management / Personnel Administration (OM/PA)
