What You'll Do
\n
Maintain and troubleshoot critical facilities and utilities equipment - vacuum systems, compressed air, emergency generators, power distribution, city/well water, and HVAC systems
\n
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance using Maximo CMMS, following manufacturer specs and equipment reliability data
\n
Complete general repairs: electrical wiring, plumbing/piping, flooring (VCT/sheet vinyl), painting, drywall, ceilings, and doors
\n
Coordinate and escort outside contractors and vendors for repairs, installations, and small build-outs
\n
Manage spare parts inventory by working directly with suppliers and vendors
\n
Support site security operations, including badge access, CCTV systems, and access control
\n
Mentor and support Facilities Technician I team members
\n
Ensure full compliance with internal facilities procedures, ISO, FDA, and other regulatory quality standards
\n

What You Bring
\n
Required:
\n
High School Diploma or equivalent
\n
2–4 years of hands-on maintenance experience (medical/healthcare environment preferred)
\n
Working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, HVAC, flooring, and plumbing systems
\n
Basic computer proficiency (Word, Outlook)
\n
Strong verbal and written communication skills
\n
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities
\n
Nice to Have:
\n
Experience with CMMS platforms (Maximo a plus)
\n
Self-starter mindset with sound, real-time decision-making skills
\n
Adaptability and eagerness to take on new challenges

Proven track record working effectively in team-based environments
