About the role
\n
We're recruiting a Technical Project Manager who enjoys bringing structure, organization, and momentum to software development teams. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Product, Design, QA, Customer Success, and DevOps to help deliver high-quality software projects from planning through launch. This role suits someone with enough technical knowledge to communicate effectively with engineers, ask thoughtful questions, and understand APIs and system architecture at a high level, even without writing code yourself. You'll be responsible for keeping projects moving, facilitating communication, removing blockers, and helping ensure engineering teams stay aligned and on schedule.

Key responsibilities
\n

- Own day-to-day execution of software development projects from planning through launch
- Manage multiple agile development teams and concurrent workstreams, balancing priorities, timelines, dependencies, and technical risk
- Partner with engineering and product teams to understand implementation approaches and coordinate successful delivery
- Coordinate delivery across backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, QA, and platform engineering teams
- Create and maintain project plans, sprint schedules, roadmaps, status reporting, and delivery timelines
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and release coordination
- Identify project risks early, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive resolution strategies across teams
- Coordinate releases and deployment schedules with Engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams
- Maintain Jira, Confluence, and related systems so they accurately reflect project status and delivery progress
- Act as a central communication hub across internal teams, executives, and enterprise clients

Ideal profile
\n
- \n
- 3-6 years of experience managing software development projects or technical programs in a SaaS, technology, or digital product environment
- Comfortable working with software engineering teams, with the ability to understand APIs, system architecture, and engineering discussions
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, APIs, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and system integrations
- Experience coordinating cross-functional software projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, product, executive leadership, and client teams
- Experience working within Agile development environments and facilitating sprint ceremonies
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern project management tooling

Preferred qualifications

- PMP, CSM, or related project management certification
- Experience working within a high-growth SaaS organization or startup environment
- Familiarity with video streaming, connected TV, mobile applications, media technology, or interactive video platforms
- Experience managing enterprise client implementations, technical integrations, or custom software engagements
- Background working with sports, entertainment, or digital media organizations
- Experience supporting distributed engineering teams in remote-first environments
