Required Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years of experience within power distribution/ utilities
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Surveying, GIS, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience working in utility, telecommunications, construction, surveying, or field engineering environments.
- Comfortable performing both field and office work.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- General knowledge of utility or telecommunications infrastructure.
- Experience with surveying and GPS data collection.
- Familiarity with Trimble, Katapult, or similar field collection technologies.
- Experience reading and interpreting utility maps, construction drawings, and engineering plans.
- Understanding of easement, right-of-way, and permitting processes.
- Exp with JETs, Specs, cradle to grave projects
