Job Summary
HireFrontier is growing and seeking a proactive Project Coordinator & Administrative Supervisor for a dual-role position. You'll keep the office running smoothly day to day while overseeing recruitment projects, client engagements, and internal hiring initiatives from kickoff to completion.
Responsibilities
● Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and records
● Oversee recruitment projects to meet timelines and client expectations
● Act as the main point of contact between clients, candidates, recruiters, and internal teams
● Track project milestones and prepare status reports
● Coordinate with hiring managers and vendors on interviews and workflows
● Manage daily office operations: phones, email, filing, and supplies
● Support onboarding coordination, compliance docs, and applicant tracking
● Identify ways to streamline administrative and recruiting workflows
Qualifications
● Experience in admin, office management, staffing, or HR preferred
● Project coordination or supervisory experience a strong plus
● Exceptional organization and attention to detail
● Proficient with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
● Strong communication skills
● Able to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
● Familiarity with recruitment/onboarding processes is valuable
● Proactive problem-solver, adaptable to change
