Job Description:
Our TRUE-ly exceptional service team performs repairs and upkeep of apartment communities and facilities as assigned. General responsibilities include:
- Completing service requests and work orders
- Basic plumbing & electrical
- Change bulbs, locks.
- Must be able to install and repair appliances.
- Exterior/ Interior painting and caulking, drywall repair
- Lift 30-50 lbs.
- Ability to perform pressure washing, blow breezeways and parking lots.

- Have dependable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to respond within 45-minutes to assigned site(s) for after-hours emergencies when on-call.
- Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability.
- Enjoy working with others and taking directions when needed.
- Owns a set of basic hand tools.
- Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to coworkers and customers.
