Position Overview - 2 week Remote Contract

BEARCloud is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with direct Dropbox-to-Box migration experience to lead and coordinate an enterprise cloud storage migration. This individual will oversee planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination to ensure a seamless transition with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end migration from Dropbox to Box, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and migration strategies.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee file transfers, folder structures, user permissions, and data integrity.
• Identify and resolve migration risks, technical issues, and project dependencies.
• Manage stakeholder communications, progress reporting, and post-migration support.

Required Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on project management experience with a Dropbox-to-Box migration is required.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience.
• Strong understanding of Dropbox and Box enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud migration tools, file permissions, access controls, and data security.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage technical projects in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Box Shuttle or similar migration tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
