Facility Maintenance needed in Dallas! (Loop 12 in the Duncanville Rd area)
Monday to Friday
7am to 3:30pm
$26.00 - $30.00 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Plant utility experience required (boilers, compressors, basic electrical skillset)
- Order Parts through online system, follow up on part orders with vendors
- Keeps log and Inventory of Parts
- Assist with greasing bearings and changing out parts
- Repair minor issues with equipment and building
- Perform a variety of routine semi-skilled preventative maintenance
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Must be computer literate
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance, handyman and inventory
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Computer, Data Entry skills a MUST
