• Full Time- Day Shift

• On Call- Every Other Weekend

• Prior Long Term Care Experience Required

• Prior Experience with Building Maintenance Required

• Travel to support facilities located in: Colchester, Windsor, Meriden, Middlebury, Naugatuck, Vernon Required

Now Hiring: Maintenance Director Float

Responsibilities:

• Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for supervising and directing the Maintenance Department.

• Assume on-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.

• Organize and maintain all records necessary to operate maintenance department.

• Assist in the development and maintenance of written departmental policies and procedures.

• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

• Ability to work independently or part of a group.

• Computer knowledge.

• Previous Life-Safety experience in long term care required
