Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Administer, support and enhance iManage and other legal business applications.
- Participate in the migration of iManage from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues and proactively minimise downtime.
- Plan, execute and support application upgrades, patches and new feature deployments.
- Create and maintain testing, regression and post-upgrade support procedures.
- Develop SQL queries, reports and data extracts for operational and business requirements.
- Work directly with vendors on escalations, upgrades and technical improvements.
- Support server-side application components, not just desktop deployments.
- Assist with broader IT projects across the enterprise applications environment.

Essential Requirements

- Strong iManage administration and support experience
- Experience within a legal environment.

\n
Desirable Skills
\n

- Aderant experience.
- iManage Cloud migration experience.

- Fully remote in the following states: CT, DC, FL, IL, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, NC, OH, RI, VT, VA
- If you are less than 50 miles to the following cities, the role is 2 days onsite per week, Boston, New York or Washington DC.

Salary
\n

- $85,000 - $150,000 + bonus + potential sign-on incentive.
