Full-Time Custodian – Warehouse
Location: Secaucus, New Jersey

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Custodian to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep of our warehouse and office facility in Secaucus, New Jersey. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean and sanitary workplace, can work independently, and is comfortable handling a variety of routine and ad hoc tasks.
This position also includes assisting with the basic care and maintenance of cats/office animals located at the facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash and recycling throughout the warehouse, offices, and common areas.
* Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors as needed.
* Clean and maintain office spaces, including desks and common surfaces as appropriate.
* Clean, sanitize, and restock bathrooms.
* Clean and maintain the kitchen and communal lunch/break areas.
* Wipe down tables, countertops, appliances, sinks, and other shared surfaces.
* Maintain overall cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
* Monitor and replenish cleaning and restroom supplies and notify management when additional supplies are needed.
* Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks as assigned.
* Assist with miscellaneous custodial, cleaning, organizational, and facility-related duties at the manager’s request on an ad hoc basis.
* Assist with the daily care and maintenance of office cats/animals, including refreshing food and water, cleaning feeding areas, maintaining litter boxes, and keeping animal areas clean and sanitary.
* Promptly report maintenance issues, safety concerns, spills, damage, or other facility problems to management.
* Follow all workplace safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures.
Qualifications
* Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, warehouse, or facility-cleaning experience preferred.
* Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
* Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and detail.
* Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and respond to additional tasks as requested.
* Comfortable working in both warehouse and office environments.
* Comfortable working around and providing basic care for cats/office animals.
* Ability to safely use standard cleaning products, supplies, and equipment.
* Ability to perform physical custodial duties, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying throughout the workday.
Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our warehouse facility in Secaucus, New Jersey.
