Our client, located near Santa Rosa, CA is looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance technician to join their team.
Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Pay Rate Range: $35/hour - $40/hour
Shift: 1st
What’s the Job?
- Perform preventative maintenance and unscheduled maintenance with minimal impact on schedules and quotas.
- Identify and perform continuous improvement of maintenance tasks.
- Manage vendors for scheduling of repairs and supplies.
- Maintain maintenance records per SOP.
- Assist in IQ / PQ protocols as required per customer criteria.
- Perform and assist with technical installations and operations of manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain communication with management of active and potential repairs for minimal impact on manufacturing timelines.
- Identify and correct any safety issues.
What’s Needed?
- Posses the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment in a timely manner.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- General carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills and understands hydraulics, electronics, and pneumatics
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Actively seek knowledge of advancements in technology.
- Possess strong mechanical and organizational skills.
- 10 yrs. experience in manufacturing
