Location: Wilmington , DE (5 Days Onsite)
Pay rate: $60 /hr on C2C
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments, preferably within Banking and Financial Services.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 15 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java Full Stack development, modern front-end technologies, and database design, along with exposure to AI-enabled solutions and cloud-native application development.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Java and Angular.
- Develop robust backend services using Java 11/17, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end components using Angular.
- Develop and optimize REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Design and maintain relational databases and ensure high-performance data access.
- Participate in application architecture, design reviews, and technical discussions.
- Implement coding best practices, security standards, and performance optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and Business Stakeholders.
- Contribute to AI-enabled features and automation initiatives where applicable.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack development.
- Strong expertise in Java 11/17, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Solid experience with Angular and modern front-end development practices.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and query optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with AI/ML integrations or AI-enabled applications.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
