Arena Direct Hire is recruiting a 3D BIM / Revit Designer for a contractor supporting a large semiconductor construction project in North Phoenix. This role is suited to someone who enjoys detailed modeling, drawing production, and coordinating designs with engineering and construction teams.

What you’ll do
\n
- \n
- Develop and update 3D models and construction drawings in Revit.
- Coordinate model content with other disciplines and incorporate design changes and field markups.
- Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, and potential conflicts.
- Work with engineers, project managers, and site teams to keep design deliverables moving.

What we’re looking for
\n
- \n
- Hands-on Revit experience producing detailed 3D models and drawings.
- Experience with MEP, utilities, industrial, or semiconductor projects is especially relevant.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines.
- Comfort working on-site in an active construction environment.
\n

The position includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), and approximately 15 days of vacation. Limited temporary relocation support may be available for an out-of-area hire.
