What You’ll Do
- Conduct apartment tours and promote floor plans, amenities, and leasing specials.
- Follow up with prospects and help convert leads into leases.
- Process applications, guest cards, and move-in paperwork.
- Assist residents and support daily property operations.
- Help achieve leasing and occupancy goals.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of apartment leasing experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.
- Professional, reliable, and motivated attitude.
- Availability to start immediately.
