Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ Annually
Responsibilities: What you'll do:
- Meet with buyers and sellers through scheduled appointments and consultations
- Present real estate services and secure signed buyer or listing agreements
- Help buyers find homes and conduct property showings
- Assist sellers through the listing and home-selling process
- Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and guide clients through closing
- Manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM and sales systems
- Build client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Participate in sales training, coaching, and team meetings to improve performance

Additional Requirements:
- Active real estate license
- Previous sales experience preferred
