Job Title: Data Engineer

Location: Coppell, TX 75019

Duration: 12 months Contract

Pay Scale: $45-57/hr

"The compensation offered will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, geographic location, and other applicable factors, and will fall within the posted pay range"

Education and Work Experience:

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0-3 years of job-related experience as preference and prior experience in telecommunication is a plus. Korean Bilingual required.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation across various aspects of the manufacturing process
Designing and developing customized solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies
Develop and deploy robotic process automation (RPA) systems programmed to execute repetitive tasks autonomously.
Conducting thorough testing and validation procedures to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance
Continuously monitoring system effectiveness and making adjustments as needed to maximize productivity gains
Providing training sessions for team members on new automation initiatives and best practices
Qualifications & Requirements:
Background:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0-3 years of job-related experience as preference and prior experience in telecommunication is a plus. Korean Bilingual required.

Skills and Attributes:

Experience with MS Office including but not limited to, Excel, Word, and Access.
Proficiency in programming languages—preferably JavaScript
Understanding of big data analytics and visualization tools
Prior experience working with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) applications.
Knowledgeable background in Artificial Intelligence principles and practical implementations.
Must be able to speak in mathematical/statistical terms (normality, probability, complex numbers, and logarithms are commonly used as references).
Skilled at evaluating data from multiple angles to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.

Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions:

The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment.
Work generally performed in an office, lab, warehouse, or user environment.
May operate PC between 50% - 100% in an alternating sedentary and highly mobile position.
Lift, move, or adjust general test equipment, boxes, supplies, materials or products weighing up to 50 pounds using proper materials handling equipment and procedures.
High level of visual acuity, numeric/character distinction and moderate color distinction for accurate test equipment operation, for information analysis and error recognition.
High hand/finger dexterity with fine motor coordination skills to perform electronic component repair work.
Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids representative and commonly associated with electronic component test, assembly and repair work including test equipment, testing device, technician hand tools, cables, etc; first aid kit is available and prescription safety glasses are required in certain test areas.
May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule.
Travel varies depending on position. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies.
