Job Description
Salary: Up to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
Location: On-site in Traverse City, Michigan
Key Responsibilitie

- gBuild and maintain scripts, automation workflows, and lightweight application
- sSupport system integrations through APIs, file transfers, and vendor platform
- sDocument integration workflows, system dependencies, and interface
- sPartner with BI teams to deliver and validate data extract
- sSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validatio
nQualification
- s3–5+ years of experience in application support, systems integration, or related IT role
- sExperience with scripting or development (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or similar
- )Understanding of software development principles and coding best practice
- sExperience with APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON/XML, and data exchange method
- sFamiliarity with automation workflows and lightweight application developmen
- tExperience with monitoring tools, logs, and error trackin
- gStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skill
- sAbility to collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business user
- sComfortable managing multiple priorities in a support-driven environmen
tPreferred Experienc
- eExposure to financial services or core banking environment
- sExperience working with vendor-hosted or SaaS platform
- sFamiliarity with system integrations, file transfers, and data exchange processe
- sExperience supporting testing, validation, and system change
