Experienced Remote Temporary F/T IT QA Testing Analyst Needed
Our client, a busy Insurance Company located in Lombard, Illinois, is looking for an experienced temporary full-time IT QA Testing Analyst.
YOU MUST LIVE IN IL, IN, TX, OR WI
This is a remote temporary full-time contract position working Monday-Friday 8 hours a day 40 hours a week. Flexible start time between (7:00am and 9:00am).
A company laptop will be provided for work purposes only.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and executing formal test plans/test scripts to ensure the delivery of quality software applications or data repository releases.
- Involved in test planning, writing test cases, developing test scripts, test case automation and test execution. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status.
- Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation or data repository requirements and improvements, and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business. Documents all problems and assists in their resolution.
Job Requirements
At least 10 years of recent experience in IT QA Testing, handling large and complex projects.
- High School Diploma.
- Financial testing a must (Commissions, Billing, Premium Payments, General Ledger)
- Knowledge of Insurance or experience working in the Insurance Field is a plus.
- Experience with analytics and reporting.
- ETL/Data Lakes experience is a plus.
- Must have experience with testing tools.
- Experience with data mapping and migration projects would be helpful.
