We're seeking a Quality Assurance Final Inspector to be the final line of defence before products reach customers, ensuring every part meets exact specifications and quality standards.
Job Description:
What You'll Do:
- Perform final inspections on precision-machined medical device components
- Read and interpret blueprints and inspection requirements
- Detect scratches, burrs, nicks, and surface finish defects, often under magnification
- Verify compliance with customer specifications and quality standards
- Support calibration and traceability of inspection equipment
- Help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1-2+ years of Quality Assurance experience
- Blueprint reading experience
- Experience working in an ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 environment (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
