A Nightingale Community in Crossett is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Director to oversee all building, grounds, and equipment maintenance for our Skilled Nursing Facility. What You’ll Do

Oversee all maintenance operations for the facility, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance

Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and equipment

Ensure the building, grounds, and resident areas remain clean, safe, and fully operational

Lead and supervise maintenance staff (if applicable)

Manage work orders, vendor relationships, and service contracts

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and life-safety regulations

Participate in facility inspections, surveys, and emergency preparedness planning

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
What You Need

Maintenance experience required

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or healthcare maintenance experience strongly preferred

Solid knowledge of building systems, safety codes, and preventative maintenance

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly

Strong organizational and leadership skills
