Job DescriptionAdecco is currently seeking a Janitor to join our client and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality sanitation standards while enjoying steady working hours and competitive pay. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour, with a consistent Monday through Friday daytime schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and it’s located in Westminster, CO.
Key Responsibilities: • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of common areas, restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, and shared spaces throughout the facility.
• Clean and service ice machines and shared refrigerators, ensuring proper temperature monitoring.
• Replace water and air filters as needed to ensure optimal operation.
• Respond promptly to spills, sanitation concerns, and environmental incidents such as leaks, contamination, and bodily fluid cleanup.
• Perform deep cleaning projects and assist with preventive sanitation efforts to uphold health standards.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and heavily trafficked areas regularly, ensuring a safe environment for all staff and visitors. Qualifications & Skills: • High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in janitorial, custodial, facilities, maintenance, or building services.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently, manage daily responsibilities, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 30-50 pounds safely.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Schedule & Pay Details: • Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
• Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
