Healthcare FF&E Project Planner | Sarasota, FL | Direct Hire
A well-respected regional health system on Florida's Gulf Coast is seeking an experienced Healthcare FF&E Project Planner to lead furniture, fixtures, and equipment planning and procurement across a strong pipeline of hospital construction and renovation projects.

The Opportunity
This is a high-visibility role within a financially strong and growing health system with a robust capital construction program. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert and liaison between hospital end-users, architects, contractors, and vendors — owning the full FF&E project lifecycle from design through activation.
What You'll Do
- Lead FF&E planning and procurement across major hospital construction and renovation projects
- Own and manage FF&E project budgets from development through Board Approval
- Serve as primary liaison between clinical end-users, architects, contractors, and vendors
- Lead OAC meetings and user group meetings throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee furniture RFP process and vendor selection
- Coordinate MEP requirements for selected equipment
- Manage order entry, delivery schedules, and project activation
- Direct updates to equipment planning software throughout each project
- Conduct site walk-throughs and obtain required end-user sign-off
- Supervise move operations and equipment installation
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of project coordination or leadership experience in healthcare
- Demonstrated FF&E planning and procurement experience in a clinical or hospital setting
- Experience leading OAC meetings and user group facilitation
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Budget development and oversight experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
- Attainia or similar equipment planning software experience a plus
- PeopleSoft experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
Compensation
$37.80 — $56.70 per hour
