Evergreen Real Estate is hiring an experienced Leasing Agent to join our team!
The luxury community located in the heart of Downtown Chattanooga,TN.
We are looking for a Leasing Agent with leasing experience (growth opportunity) who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working with residents and prospective residents.
Position Responsibilities

Lease apartments and assist with maintaining occupancy

Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person

Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours

Process rental applications and supporting documentation

Complete income certifications and recertifications

Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records

Verify income and other eligibility documentation

Prepare and process lease paperwork
-
Communicate with residents regarding leasing requirements and documentation

Follow up with prospective residents throughout the leasing process

Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs
-
Maintain organized and up-to-date files

Work closely with property management and maintenance staff

Help address resident questions and concerns

Assist with resident retention and maintaining a positive community environment

Follow company policies and Fair Housing requirements

Maintain confidentiality of resident information

Provide professional and friendly customer service
Qualifications

Previous leasing or property management experience
-
Strong attention to detail

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

Professional and dependable
-
Comfortable working with residents from diverse backgrounds

Basic computer skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
