Clearance Requirements: Secret Clearance .
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and operational records for management review.
- Support onboarding, training, and development of helpdesk staff.
- Drive a customer-focused culture that emphasizes responsiveness, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and service commitments.
- Manage communication during service disruptions, providing timely updates and stakeholder coordination.
Needed:
Configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop platforms. Workstation upgrades, new workstation imaging/setup/installations, and replacement of workstations and peripherals.
The contractor shall perform troubleshooting analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of workstation and peripheral hardware and software problems IAW approved baseline configurations for both NIPRNET and SIPRNET.
Required certification : IAT II, CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+CE, SSCP
