PART-TIME YEAR ROUND POSITIONWe’re seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to help prospective residents find their next home and support our on-site team. You will have a set schedule which will include Saturdays. Days and hours to be determined with candidate.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet prospective residents and provide property tours
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and follow up with leads
- Assist in processing applications and lease paperwork
- Support the leasing and management team with administrative tasks
- Help prepare apartments for move-in and assist with marketing efforts
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and guests
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using computers
- Previous customer service or sales experience a plus—but not required
- Must have a reliable vehicle to use during the workday
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test (we test for marijuana)
