Contract Duration: 6+ months

Seeking for a skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation, configuration, automation, operation, and troubleshooting of identity platforms. This role focuses on turning identity and access management strategies into reliable, scalable operations within a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, integrate, and operate identity capabilities for AI agents and other non-human identities.
• Engineer identity solutions using SailPoint, PingFederate, and other IAM platforms.
• Integrate identity controls with enterprise platforms, including AI, cloud, and application stacks.
• Build and maintain workflows, connectors, and policies for identity data.
• Maintain updated identity inventories and enforce lifecycle controls.
• Plan and execute platform upgrades and technical remediation activities.
• Provide advanced incident support and diagnose complex failures.
• Develop secure APIs and automation routines for operational processing and compliance.
• Create monitoring, alerting, and analytics using platforms like Datadog and Splunk.

Experience:

• 10 years of IAM engineering or identity integration experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with non-human identities such as AI agents and service accounts.
• Experience with SaaS and cloud delivery models for identity services.
• Hands-on experience with privileged access management platforms is preferred.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code is preferred.

Skills:

• Expertise in IAM engineering and identity integration.
• Proficiency in implementing controls for non-human identities.
• Strong knowledge of workforce identity platforms like SailPoint and PingFederate.
• Familiarity with monitoring platforms such as Datadog and Splunk.
• Ability to design and debug identity lifecycle and provisioning solutions.
• Experience building APIs and automation for operational and compliance use cases.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Relevant SailPoint, Ping Identity, Microsoft, cloud platform, and security certifications are preferred.
