Expanded Cleaning Solutions is a new commercial cleaning company specializing in premium wellness businesses — spas, med spas, salons, and boutique fitness studios. We're building a small team of reliable, detail-obsessed independent contractors for recurring evening cleaning contracts.
WHAT WE OFFER
• Flat per-visit pay starting at $150/visit — well above typical cleaning rates

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2+ years of commercial cleaning experience (offices, studios, or facilities — not just residential)
• Your own reliable transportation and cleaning equipment
• Professionalism and consistency — our clients hand over keys and trust their space to us
• Ability to follow a detailed cleaning checklist to a high standard
• Comfortable being background-checked (required for keyholder access)
• Your own liability insurance a plus (not required)
DETAILS
• Independent contractor (1099) — you invoice per job
• Evening/after-hours availability preferred
• Starting with 1–3 accounts, room to grow as we add clients
