Building Maintenance Supervisor (New Haven & Meriden locations)
Two large property management companies seeking experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor(s) to oversee daily maintenance, support a team, and keep properties safe and well maintained. Bring your hands-on skills to an established company with room for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance staff, work orders, and preventive maintenance.
- Perform and oversee general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and apartment turnovers.
- Communicate with property management and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
Requirements:
- Previous building or property maintenance experience required, including experience leading a maintenance team.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license in good standing.
- Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
