First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture client relationships to build a strong network and generate leads.
  • Conduct property showings with professionalism and confidence, ensuring clients feel informed and supported.
  • Manage real estate transactions from initial contact through to closing, maintaining clear communication with all parties involved.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize the provided tools and systems to streamline processes, allowing you to focus on client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice and insights.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout the transaction process.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team, sharing insights, and contributing to a supportive environment.
  • Eagerness to participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs, demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends and local developments allows you to provide clients with informed advice.
