We are seeking a Maintenance Planner/Analyst who will play a critical role in maximizing equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance performance, and supporting operational success. This position combines analytical thinking with hands-on planning to ensure our maintenance activities are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Planner/Analyst, you will:
- Develop, coordinate, and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Analyze maintenance data, work orders, and equipment performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Reliability teams to optimize asset performance.
- Build and maintain detailed job plans, including labor requirements, materials, equipment, and estimated completion times.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure maintenance schedules are aligned with production requirements and business priorities.
- Manage maintenance documentation and support the integrity of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, improve productivity, and enhance equipment reliability.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and maintenance cost analysis activities.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
- Experience in maintenance planning, maintenance operations, reliability, manufacturing, industrial, or utility environments.
- Strong working knowledge of CMMS platforms such as SAP, Maximo, Infor, or similar systems.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
