Job Description
A multi-strat asset manager with over $10 billion in assets under management is looking to hire an Originations Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
· Source, review, analyze, and execute investment opportunities for potential commercial real estate loans.
\n
· Complete due diligence and prepare comprehensive financial analyses, including evaluation of historical financials, rent rolls, and pro-forma projections, utilizing advanced Excel and Argus models.
\n
· Synthesize and present deal analyses and recommendations to senior management and investment committees.
\n
· Assist in the preparation and negotiation of term sheets and loan documentation for new investment opportunities.
\n
· Review and abstract complex lease agreements, JV agreements, property-level contracts, and third-party reports.
\n
· Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and operators to generate a consistent pipeline of on and off-market opportunities.
\n
· Mentor and assist in the training of junior members of the originations team.
\n

Requirements:
\n
· 2-5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Real Estate finance, investment, banking, or brokerage.
\n
· Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
\n
· Credit trained and highly experienced in executing Commercial Real Estate transactions.
